I think it’s obvious how much I love peanut butter and chocolate.


So if you ever have the urge to be crafty and make something homemade that tastes better than Reese’s…



Chocolate and peanut butter. Life’s essentials.

Peanut Butter Truffles

2 cups peanut butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
Chocolate for dipping (almond bark, candy melts, or chocolate chips with a drizzle of vegetable oil)

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor OR a ziploc bag and rolling pin.

Mix the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and softened butter together. Shape into balls and freeze until firm.

Dip in chocolate and decorate!


If you’re a little short on time, here’s a quick and easy variation! Use the recipe to make peanut butter truffle bars:

1. Make the peanut butter truffle mixture
2. Spread into a 13×9 pan.
3. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top.
4. Refrigerate for exactly 1/2 hour and cut into small bars. The chocolate will still be a little soft, but it makes it easier to cut. It’ll harden up with a little more time in the fridge.
5. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy!
