Emily and Verma’s intimate wedding day on a bucolic horse farm in New Jersey was one of the most striking and breathtaking wedding days I’ve ever seen. Although like so many COVID couples, it was not their original plan, I can’t imagine their big day being any more perfect.

Their original plan was to get married in Bali, but instead they pivoted and rented out a private property in Eastern New Jersey. Instead of a hot and tropical destination, they got the most beautiful day February had to offer–a blanket of freshly fallen snow and gorgeous sunshine.

Though the guest count was small, the amount of love was palpable and absolutely radiating. From the second the ceremony started, and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” started playing, there was not a dry eye in the house, including my own. This is honestly the best part of my job, and it truly never gets old.

The close-knit feeling was unlike any other wedding day that I’ve had the honor of celebrating. Everyone was so kind and laid back, like a family vacation in the most unique and beautiful setting. After the ceremony and portraits, the couple had hired a high-end private chef who doled out the chicest cocktails I’ve ever seen. It was the perfect celebration of the beginning of their next chapter together, and I’m thrilled to share some images with you today:
