My second ever workout graphic! Still not sure how I feel about randomly interspersing these between vegan chocolate cheesecakes and things, but I’ll be glad I wrote this down so I can do it again later!
This is an awesome do-anywhere circuit combination with a mix of cardio, strength, and core work! You end up doing up to 100 reps of certain moves. I love the variety, cause there’s no other way you’ll see me do 100 squats and 50 burpees!
