Our summer semester of classes ended last week (just in time for my birthday! so I can’t complain too much about that), and the fall semester already begins on MONDAY.
So my one week of summer is in full swing…and it includes these cute pink popsicles.
They are easy, healthy, and a pretty little cold treat! And the nerd that I am had a blast layering them in different ways.
Hurry and make these before summer is over!
Strawberry Honey Yogurt Popsicles
2 cups plain yogurt (divided in half)
1/2 cup natural strawberry jam
2-4 tablespoons raw honey depending on how sweet you want it
Blend 1 cup + honey, then set aside in a bowl.
Blend 1 cup yogurt + jam (you do not have to clean the blender), then set aside in another bowl.
Add to popsicle mold however you please! 🙂 stripes, ombre, swirls…be creative!
Feel free to substitute different flavors of jam, dairy-free yogurt, and maple syrup if you’re vegan! The possibilities are endless.
