Half a year ago, I jumped on the green smoothie train and neverrr looked back
I still think green smoothies are super easy and reallyreallyreally good. And I am still incredibly proud of myself every time I drink a stealthy smoothie full of spinach that is invisible to your tastebuds.
The addition of frozen berries to this smoothie adds more fiber, vitamins, and frosty goodness. One thing I was a tiny bit disappointed about? It wasn’t a pretty purple color like I was expecting.
But I got over it real fast. Make this asap!
Berry Green Smoothie
1 frozen banana
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used my homemade pb!)
2-3 handfuls spinach or kale
1 cup almond milk (I like Silk unsweetened vanilla)
Put everything in the blender and blend until creamy.
