You’re not going crazy. But I am a little bit…over this easy vegan ice cream made even better by throwing some dark chocolate in the mix.

Add 3 tablespoons of Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder to 2-3 medium bananas.

Experimenting with this recipe over the summer with Amy. We couldn’t wait for it to freeze up and licked the food processor clean.
