“don’t listen to what they say. go see.” -chinese proverb

Things will be changing a bit in the coming weeks…

This semester, I’m studying abroad in Dublin! I’m leaving TODAY, and will arrive bright and early on Wednesday, January 11, on the lucky Emerald Isle. I am still in complete and utter shock.

I plan to travel throughout Europe over the next five months, and this blog will broaden (along with my own worldliness) to include my epicurean adventures and culinary pursuits through Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, and many more.

I hope you’ll stick with me! I have posts prepared, although they’ll be published a little more sparsely. I don’t know what the kitchen situation will be like, but I may very well bake while I’m there! I can’t make any promises, but I cannot wait for this incredible experience of a lifetime to begin.

  1. AHHH so exciting! I love both of those quotes too. I used the one in the title for my post about bullfighting hahah. If you feel nervous just remember “in Ireland there are no strangers, just friends you haven’t met yet” and you have so many people at home that care about you too, like me :] I LOVE YOU!
